Kendall Dix presents: Fish Fight: How the Gulf's most coveted species is changing federal policy
Dix is the fisheries organizer for Gulf Restoration Network, a nonprofit committed to uniting and empowering people to protect and restore the natural resources of the Gulf Region. He works on the Gulf Fish Forever campaign to partner with chefs, fishermen and all who care about fish to advocate for science-based fishery management and the protection of essential fish habitat. Kendall has cooked in some of New Orleans' best restaurants and has a B.S. in Journalism and a J.D. from the University of Kansas. He enjoys eating, being outside, and eating outside.
